Digital delivery
GameGen sells digital services only — there is no physical shipping. After a successful payment:
- Pro subscriptions activate immediately on your account, adding 100 credits per month usable across all tools.
- Credit packs are added to your account balance immediately and stack with your existing credit balance.
If payment succeeds but your account is not updated within a few minutes, return to the payment success page while signed in, or contact us at [email protected] with your receipt.
Access requirements
You must sign in with the same account used at checkout. Purchases are tied to your user ID and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Refunds
Because credits and subscription access are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or used. We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion if:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge)
- Your purchase was not delivered to your account
- A technical failure prevented you from using a newly purchased plan
To request help, email [email protected] from your account address within 14 days of purchase. Include your order date and a brief description of the issue.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your Profile page via the Polar customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
